m62 non vanos chain replacement diy

Hey im just looking for a diy for the chain and guide replacement for the m62.

I obviously searched here and google... i figure someone would have made a decent one buy now but they are all half finished or are for the Vanos engines.

just a link or something would be helpful.

All of the procedures and torque specs are in the TIS, just have to dig a bit.

Did some digging and found what I was looking for. Here is the non vanos timing adjustment.
