          Thanks guys.

Im south of Dallas. It was in the Dallas craigslist though.

Got some white IS side mirrors. Liked the paint matched ones a lot more than the faded flat blacks. Got them in decent shape just needed some good ol cleaning and one of the mirrors replaced.... Here post cleaning.

Can ya see the black streak and dots in the mirror?

Mirror pulled out, other ready to go in.

          Good mirror in.

          Here they are on... Nice!

Since Im doing a lot of sitting these days I decided to fix the cruise control lever. It bounced around freely. So I took the steering column cover off to check it out.

Turns out there was a couple of loose screws on the cruise control lever and a good crack on the wiper lever.

Went ahead and switched it out with the wiper lever from the other thirty. And added some loctite to the cruise lever to keep it from coming loose again.

Had to have surgery on my achilles in order to continue my NBA career haha. So in order for the build to not come to a complete halt I acquired some assistance. My nephew said that he wanted to help me out to learn about cars.

He said he'd take the blue e30 as payment haha(he's a e30 fan also). Good guy hard at work.

I put'em on the disassembly of the rear suspension.

We were using this but it EXPLODED! What the heezy?! The cv axles were frozen in the hub. Between my just started lifting weights nephew and me the one legged wonder we couldn't get it to break loose. Had to call in the big guns. My little brother came and demolished them. Luckily I wasn't going to reuse them.

Everything unhooked and ready to pull out.

With the rear trailing arms out from under the car and in the garage, time to pop out the hubs and the bearings.

In the press pushing out the hub. Think I used the full 12tons.

Now popping out the bearing. Don't forget to remove the snap ring first. I used some needle nose pliers.

All pulled apart.... Next clean up.

Yeah man! Get it! I like your style. I'm a fan of "remove, clean, (paint), reinstall".

What did the poly kit from Lithuania run you?

Thanks Ether-D. I thought about painting but I don't know(other than powder coating) of a paint that holds up well for a long time. I occasionally run into cars that stuff is flaking.

I got the poly kit from oskarspune@gmail.com on eBay for $305shipped but haven't seen it on there in awhile.
