Got an alignment and the rears are uneven. The left rear is in green so im guessing its fine but the right rear seems to be off. On reddit someone suggested it was due to worn trailing arm bushings. Could it also be a bent trailing arm? I have lowered springs on the car.

Yup, it could be either of those things.
Given how little the toe's off, I'd suspect the bushings.
Negative camber is just what happens when you lower the car.
Some consider it a feature, others reduce it with weld- on
camber and toe kits.
