    No power to ignition.

Car has been sitting, battery connected, for 2 months. I got in and tried to turn it over, gauges moved a little. I took the battery out, charged it for a few hours, till it was at 12.5V and put it back in the car. Turned ignition and got nothing. No power in ACC/ RUN/ or START. The car has a fan wired to a switch, which does work so I know its not the fusible link. I can also probe in the fuse box with the multimeter and see power but nothing when I turn the ignition.

I tried jumping the red and green wires on the ignition but the red wire isnt getting any power. Is there a certain fuse or relay I should check? Is there other tests I should try? The car drove perfectly fine before it sat, with a good battery.
