Unloader relay and temp gauge

Hi, I'm having trouble getting the temperature gauge to work. When I remove the unloader relays K5 and K7, the temperature gauge works as it should. The blower also works with the ignition off. Any tips?

sounds like your wiring is a mess. download the etm so you can trace the circuits and restore it to stock. from there you can fix issues. Index of /Manuals/BMW (wedophones.com)
make sure you get a copy for your year and model.
