drivers electric window not working on my bmw e30

    Hi all
first time poster. I need help, my drivers electric window on my bmw e30 325i convertible has stopped working . I've swapped switches it's not that, I've swapped the motor it's not that, I've swapped the little interior light button on the hinge pillar it's not that, it's has power going to it, I'm just bewildered as to what else it can be, the other 3 windows work fine. Any advice would be appreciated

Remove the door jamb connector and clean the terminals with contact cleaner. You may even have to replace any badly corroded contacts. It's a very common problem. Did you check for power at the motor when you changed it?

thanks for replying, I swapped the door jamb connector from the passenger side as that window works, I swapped the motor from the passenger side as it was working , still nothing. the power tester is lighting up so power is getting to it, so frustrating

Does it thump? Attempt to move . Early or late model? Mine thumps so I’m going to take the panel apart and test the motor not installed see if it works . Been seeing that it could be a gunked up track

no attempt to move, it's a 1990 model
