Plugs, rotor, cap, ignition wires, AFM, timing reference sensors, or even the DME can be a cause. A refresh of the ignition system, elimination of intake leaks, and verification of the fuel system should be the initial course of action. And if it have 100k or more on it, replace the O2 sensor.
