    taking cats off

i drive a 84 eta and i have been told that taking the cat and resonator off would cause problems for my car is this true?

i don't see why it would... i think taking the o2 censor off might cause problems though.
    but i might be wrong.

It will make it louder and smell like fuel.

why do you want to do this? it's not going to make a big difference. the exhaust isn't restricting anything on an eta..

its not going to fuck your motor up! Its just going to be loud, like race car loud, and you might get a ticket for that. but it wont do anything bad to your motor, just leave your
o2 on sensor on. tell your bud to stop sniffing glue.
