325i & 325e Clutch's

Is it true that the 325i clutches are different from the 325e clutches?

If so what are the differences?

I found the answer else where and for others that may not know.

No it will not work unless your car was built in 5/86 or newer up until late 88.

This is because the older ones have the single mass flywheel, I assume? Is there any other model that is the same as the older e?

If you use the 325i flywheel and throw out bearing, you can use a 325i clutch on a 325e car.

if the pressure plate fits on the flywheel it will work, took me 2 clutches to find the one I needed.
