Ya just the upper bushing, the clip slides right over. Just take a hand file and start sanding a way the inner lip of the upper cup untill it barely slides over the lever. Then if you use 2 lower bushings stacked together it will raise the shifter and leave clearence for the driveshaft, you won't use the Spring assembly though with this.
