Engine questions...

scratch the last post nvm. the engine is a 1.8L Z3 Motor from a 95 z3. My mechanic did a swap from the 1.8L to the m3 motor so he is selling the motor as is for $2700. There was a typo on my mechanics ad for the motor. But regard my questions about my tranny,lsd, and chip.

That is not a 1.8 liter engine - it is 1.9. Again, too much money to swap it in for too little power.

the e36 motors have different intake manifolds and knock sensors

IIRC '94-'95 had 6mm valve stems instead of 7mm on the earlier engines.
