But, im getting a heavy vibration on my 325i, especially in 1st gear under acceleration.

It feels like the drive-line. I replaced the rubber coupling rubber and gearbox mountings, but its still the same. Can i be the propshaft that needs balancing?

The rubber on the driveshaft center bearing has failed. Remove the driveshaft, mark the two halves (if not marked already), and separate it. After removing the bearing snap ring, the bearing pulls off fairly easily with a puller. Install the new bearing using a section of pipe as a driver....against the inner race only. Reassemble the driveshaft in the original orientation.
The flex disc (which you already replaced) and the center bearing should be replaced together since they both seem to last about 150K miles.

You say you replace the rubber flex disc? It would probably be the center support bearing then, or the u-joint on the driveshaft is shot.
