My reverse lights finally stopped working completely the other day. For a while they'd come on about every other time I put the car into reverse, but now I get nothing. What are the first things I should check out? And yes, the bulbs are fine.

is so easy to replace the switch on the side of the trans. About a 5 min. job.
just replace the part, its a 10-15 year old switch, its gonna go bad sometime.Comment

I had the same problem. Thought it was the switch, but it ended up being a split in the wire under the shift boot.Comment
