OMG, if anyone else is planning this swap... HAVE SOMEONE ELSE THERE TO HELP YOU GET THE THING IN. Also, take off the P/S pump and brake reservoir.

grapedrink - I originally quoted you because I was simply agreeing. Should have used one of those "I'm with stupid" emoticons. No offense ;)
I was asking tranceguy if he was honestly trying to pull off the swap by himself. Seems possible, but I personally wouldn't want to do it. Too easy to scrape/dent stuff putting the motor w/trans in without someone else to help guide it.
After helping Brew with his M50 swap, I know the work involved. Double props to tranceguy for doing it all by himself.
Huge testicles?
PS: I hate the internet.

I did pull the old engine and tranny (AUTO = heavy MF'r) by myself and drop the new ones in by myself too. I had a couple friends come over this past weekend though. I put them on pedal duty. :D When it's during the week like this, I just do it myself. One friend that helps, works and lives about an hour away and only comes down on the weekends. The other guy lives about 10 min away, but works late hours on the week days. So usually it's just less hassle to do it myself.VANOS FOR LIFE MAING
