    Low(er) temp fan switch

I'm looking for a replacement fan switch for my 1991 325i that's a direct replacement for the stock one in the radiator, but comes on at lower temps. I want to keep the 2-speed functionality, but I don't mind a little solder and shrinkwrap action if I need to change connectors. The stock one is rated at 91/99 deg C (low and high speeds), and I'm looking for one that's around 85/92 degrees. Again, I want one that will thread into the radiator tank without modification. I know there's lots of universal aftermarket stuff out there, but I'm not interested in that. Anyone?

I have done this to all of my e30's. IIRC it is the temp switch used on e36ti's.
what you did to this car is like getting a supermodel naked and willing to do anything you please. now here you are faced with ths once in a lifetime opportunity and then you squander it by making her fuck you in the butt with a 24" strap on. you are a sad, silly little boy.

That's the same one I got and sitting in front of me.

How troublesome is it to change it out?

I put in a full electric setup so my situation was a bit different, but really the only thing I think that most would run into would be, having to change the connectors on the wiring harness, 10 min job.
