the first time i put on my hard top, i noticed that above 45mph a drone begins in my car. i think it is coming from the rear but i cant tell. it increases in volume and frequency with increased speed. after hitting the deer it is louder and higher pitched than before. i was only going 25-30 when i hit the deer and i didnt run over it. i know my wheels arent balanced properly because it gets shaky around 65-70 and the car also pulls to the left. where should i start checking to fix this problem?

i know an alignment will make it drive straight, and after i put in my new springs over break i will get one done. but i dont think that being out of alignment will make the inside of my car sound like i am riding on off road tires. also, i had Yokohama Avid's on at first and switched to Michelin Harmony's before i hit the deer. the Michelin's are used with plenty of tread.sigpic

when the car is going slow enough so i can hear above road/wind noise, i do hear what sounds like a turbo whirring up when i drive off in first or put it in first with the clutch in when i am coming to a stop. i thought that would be the bearings on the side of the diff because i changed the diff fluid a few months ago and pumped it in until it spilled out the top hole.sigpic

ok, so i am relativly sure it is a wheel bearing. when driving at 45mph their is a medium drone. if i turn hard right and stay at 45pmh (weight shifts left) all noise goes away. if i turn hard left and stay at 45pmh (weight shifts right) the drone is really loud.
so what do you guys think, and if it is the bearing, how do i figure out which wheel is bad? thanks.sigpic

Also check if you have a tire separating the belts. This is a very dangerous thing and you should check asap.
You can jack the car up and just spin the wheel and look at the tire tread, or at the very least, run your hands across each tire tread in as mnay places as you can without jacking it up, just to triple check before you go out.
If its the bearing it seems like the right front.
