Heat(fan) works when it wants to

Hlf my fan is missing, 1,2 work 3 and 4 work but make uber louds clikcing sounds. And like everyone says somtimes it works and then ist dosnt.

^If I understand your post, the clicking might be a broken cage. As the cage spins the broken piece swings out and hits the plastic surround. Mine does it on "4". Fortunately I don't need high blower much, but it would be nice to not hear that racket.
