    rear subframe bushings

How do i take the rear subframe bushings off, cleanly. I took them off one of my parts cars but the only way i could get them off is by heating up the rubber and melting it off, but it left the center metal tube on teh threads. Whats the best way to get this off? thanks.

Pry the subframe off the body. The metal sleeve meshes into a hole in the body, and can rust weld itself in there.

Bust the torch and PB Blaster out. Why would you want to keep the stock bushings in tact anyways?
