The headers should fit on your car no problem- but it's hard to tell- looks like they join together in a Y-pipe- so they would NOT hook up directly to your exhaust. Unless you are planning to remove the cat in your car, the headers would not give any performance benefit. Looks like they would be a direct fit on a 325e though (maybe.....)- but the performance benefit is still limited by the stock Cat.

there's no sense in wasting time on the distributor, unless you know someone who needs it or wants to buy it from you- it's a step backwards from the system already on your car. Same goes for the intake (My opinion on this...).

Those bumpers look nice- you might want to try to snag them- and make sure to get the metal front valance panel too- so you (or someone) can make them fit correctly on their US car.

The cluster looks like they just swapped in a US Spec speedo to pass DOT regulations, the fuel gauge and tach are definitely Euro.

Make the guy an offer for the whole car- even if you can't move it, you can spend some time stripping what you want off of it, then leave the rest to be crushed for scrap metal. If the car's been sitting for a while, the guy should be happy to get some $$$ for it!!!

Figure out what the parts are worth to you, bring some cash. Standing next to the car, ask the guy "would you rather have this (point to car) or THIS (wave some cash)"..... It's worked for me......

    Good luck
    Bret.

You have aftermarket headers on your E30 318is?? Or the stock exhaust manifold- which is pretty much a stainless tubular header?

Most aftermarket headers from the early-mid 80's either don't have an O2 sensor bung, or they have it somewhere down the line- can't usually be seen from the engine bay.

no it can't be seen its all the way down the line can't see it from the engine bay you gotta climb under the car to see it.

Euro bumpers bolt right on in place of the shitty US bumpers. You will need the lower front valence too of that car. I think you might have to saw off your tow hooks or something which would be the only modification. Trust me if you buy that whole car for like 500 or less you can easily make your money back and more off of it and have some sexy ass euro bumpers on your car.

haha for real, i think i'll do that, this guy is a domestic guy, the only thing he knows about the car is it is from europe, lol and its a bmw,

I have an "IS" i can still use my original front "IS" spoiler right? (is that also called a valence?)

No the front US "is" spoiler wont work on euro bumpers. Just use the euro valance for now then get like mtech 1 or something :D . Oh and hook me up with those headers :D

lol do my best, as u can see, they are pretty rusted, but does not look like it rusted "through" just surface. nice paint job should clear it up...

i still do not see how the header would NOT give me any performance.. is it because they were made for smaller engine? would it atleast give me a better sound lol?

There probably designed for the smaller 2.3. I really wouldnt put headers on a stock 325i unless it was for looks.....but those don't look to nice. If you had a cam or head mods to flow in more air then it might help alot more.

My eta is getting sold. I already have the 323i so I'm fixing to purchase a 325e bottom end and build it up to put hte 323i head on this summer. If it has good foglight lenses without cracks ill take those.

If those headers don't have a hole rusted through somewhere I'd be very suprised, they look pretty bad.

I might be interested in the tranny if it's a dogleg.
