The headers should fit on your car no problem- but it's hard to tell- looks like they join together in a Y-pipe- so they would NOT hook up directly to your exhaust. Unless you are planning to remove the cat in your car, the headers would not give any performance benefit. Looks like they would be a direct fit on a 325e though (maybe.....)- but the performance benefit is still limited by the stock Cat.
there's no sense in wasting time on the distributor, unless you know someone who needs it or wants to buy it from you- it's a step backwards from the system already on your car. Same goes for the intake (My opinion on this...).
Those bumpers look nice- you might want to try to snag them- and make sure to get the metal front valance panel too- so you (or someone) can make them fit correctly on their US car.
The cluster looks like they just swapped in a US Spec speedo to pass DOT regulations, the fuel gauge and tach are definitely Euro.
Make the guy an offer for the whole car- even if you can't move it, you can spend some time stripping what you want off of it, then leave the rest to be crushed for scrap metal. If the car's been sitting for a while, the guy should be happy to get some $$$ for it!!!
Figure out what the parts are worth to you, bring some cash. Standing next to the car, ask the guy "would you rather have this (point to car) or THIS (wave some cash)"..... It's worked for me......
Good luck
Bret.
