What about power? I got a 900CCAh because I felt like being a bamf, but what is the recommended amount for m42/m20?

i have a napa gold with six year warranty and the bugger costs 120$. Really they're all pretty much the same, you're paying for the free replacement warranty. I've replaced walmart, les schwab, and napa batteries under warranty before and can't really tell the difference.

I know a guy that works/ed at a battery factory, and he says they're all pretty much the same. I have heard separately that interstate makes a good one.

I would think Luke would be the guy to ask, I'm sure a wal-mart battery is fine until it's tested by an inline six starter and a killer sound system.

I recently got a new battery from Pep Boys...I had mine tested and it turned out it was bad. So I got a Bosch, which, according to the internet, is the same as a Pep Boys store brand battery.

Whatever, 3 year warranty, 1 year roadside assistance. I'll take it.

friends and myself have used a bunch of different batteries. best success and long life from optima red tops (yellow tops are waay over priced and over rated). Oddysey makes a quality battery as does kenetik.

Anyone use the lightweight batteries that some of the trackguys use?

Lightweight lead acid battery = no RC. I wouldn't want one in a regular car.
