Sure can but if you have an LSD now, you're probably better off keeping the one you have. The ratio should be 3.73 which is already pretty good. I have a 4.10 and although it made a big difference, I'm running at close to 4000 at 85mp which is a bit annoying for highway use. My cars about to come off the road so I don't really car, but if you're using your's as a daily, I'd leave the 3.73 in.
To check if you have LSD... jack the whole back end of the car up, put it in neutral, no parking brake. Spin one of the wheels. Have somebody watch the other rear wheel and see which way it is turning. If it is turning the same way you're turning, you have an open diff. If it turns the opposite direction, you have Limited Slip.

This is not always the best way to check for a LSD, mainly because without some resistance on the gearing, it won't lock.
