What diff in '89 e34 525ia?

Just wondering if anybody knows the ratio and if LSD would have been standard or an option on a 1989 e34 525i auto.
There's one at my local junkyard I'm grabbing parts from.

Edit: also where the fuck is the DME located? I didn't see it above the glove compartment where I expected it.

5 series would be under the hood. passenger side. against the firewall.
