    rpm drops?

sorry guys i tried search feature although i found similar problem its not exactly like mine.

just bought this car runs great an strong although when iam driving at a steady speed or even gradual step on the gas it runs real strong.but when all of a sudden i press on the gas all the way down it will choke until you let of on the pedal.

the problem was alot worse until i sefoam the car thats why its throwing me off cus on some threads it says possible cost is cracks, leaks on intake hose.

    any help or suggestion thanks

The two things that I'd suspect first would be a fuel system problem or a bad AFM. Running through the suite of fuel system tests in the Bentley will tell is there is adequate flow and pressure. The only diagnostic for the injectors is to replace them with known good units or send them off for cleaning and flow testing. The easiest diagnostic for the AFM is to swap in a known good unit.

If the hesitation happened at just off idle, I'd suspect intake leaks. But if it occurs well up in the rpm band intake leaks (though there probably are some) are less likely to be the cause of the hesitation.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

the car sounds like its not getting the required air/fuel ratio.

so if its not the air side (afm), i'd think it'd be on the fuel side.
