Okay just because you bleed it; means its fine.

I am guessing your pedal goes straight to the floor right? Doesn't come back up? If this is the case, you didn't bleed it correctly. A lot of air can get into the system and if you get frustrated with bleeding the system, there is another way.

It took me 2.5 hours to bleed my clutch at first, how long have you done it for?

The thing is; a lot (a lot) of air gets in the system...

The fastest way is to bleed the clutch slave (could mess it up if done often) is fill up a oil canaster (like a pumper that puts in oil; almost like a tranny oil pumper) and put brake fluid in it. (obvious) Make sure that the canster is clean first off. Then pump through the tranny slave nipple until it is hard to push/pump.

Hope this helps out.... if this does not help. Replace the clutch slave.

A good way to bleed the system once you can't get all the air out (it's filled up and everything, but the pedal still falls to the floor) pull the slave cylinder keeping it connected to the line and remove the cap on the reservoir. Push the rod in on the slave cylinder 3 or 4 times making sure to do it slowly, then put it back in the tranny and check your pedal. It should push all the air out through the reservoir. It's worked for me twice on my car and once on a e34 535.
