    Rear seat back removal

Tried a search with no success..

Ok so I'm in the process of taking out my rear back seat and cannot get the back to loosen up. I disconnected all the belt bolts. What do I need to do now.
I also tried to wedge the seat straight up with a 2x4 and nothing budged are there any bolts from the back that need un-doing?
    Thanks for your help
    Barry

All the fasteners for the rear seat are on the cabin side. Once all the fasteners have been removed the seat back has to move up to un-hook the catches at the top.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

probably not a push and force, after you remove the bolts and such maybe (i haven't pulled out yet) it's push up towards the back window (vertically?) just a guess :P

There are two bolts on the sides with brackets, 10mm I believe. They are back toward the wheel arch. You should see them when the seat bottom is removed. Then lift upward on the seatback.

Ok its out, Ya two bolts behind bolster material. Do not have to remove side bolsters.

Early cars (83-84) also have two more bolts holding the lower seat bottom, these face the backs of the front seats.
