Any ideas on where it may be coming from? Ever since I removed all of my AC system and the plastic foamy stuff on the engine side of the firewall this issues been popping up. I know it's probably something stupid like a hole I should have plugged, ideas? The car doesn't have any rust problems and I wanna keep things that way.

check that the drain is plugged in in the bottom of the ac box -
check the elephant trunk above the exhaust manifolds on the firewall.AWD > RWDComment
