    Looks like the one from the Italian company BMC. They have a few distributors in the US. Kinda pricey though.

    BMC manufactures high-performance air filters and air intake systems for cars and motorbikes.

        Carbon fiber intake

        I bought the same intake from Demon Tweeks in the UK and it cost me $280 shipped. The part number is BMC CDA85-150. It got to me in about 3 days. I thought that was pretty quick. They make two versions of the intake. One is for engines under 2.5L and the other is for engines 2.5 L or above. It will fit all M42 318i but will not fit M20 325i if you don't have the MAF conversion. I ran into this problem because the stock AFM is too bulky and there isn't enough room. I am currently getting everything together to finish my MAF install. Here is a link where i found info on it. They also discuss in more detail what i just explained. I hope this helps.
