Steering wheel locked in.. stuck on steering column

Loosen the steering wheel bolt? Looks like if you just loosen it, you can then just use the key to turn the cylinder and unlock it.

I used my van and tied teflon rope to the wheel and gassed it.. got it off! Wooo!! :)
