Take a torch to it, or actually get your hands dirty and pull the thing out.

A torch to the oil pan? don't know about that...

i would just drop the pan and try to hammer out the plug from the inside. im sure u can get a used oil pan for cheap if absolutely necessary.

Its fucking aluminum. Pull and turn. Then put a helicoil in it.
