My 87 325is seems to be taking longer and longer to start and is combined with a annoying whining/squeal, something must be going bad. I don't have too much knowledge though, so what could be the problem. Thanks.

If the whine is coming from the rear and right of you, it could be your fuel pump is failing.Comment

dirty air fliter?, I had this similar problem but after i cleaned the air fliter it seem to have went away, but then again i'm not a mechanic so i'm not sure.Comment
