My oil pressure light (not level) is always on, even with the plug pulled. The bentley tells me it should turn off when the plug is pulled which I guess makes sense since it is a single prong. So where is a common place for a ground issue which would cause my light to always be on? I am thinking gauge cluster, I have yet to trace the wire in a diagram.
where is my oil pressure switch being grounded?

you have a short somewhere, I think. iirc the pressure switch grounds the wire to turn it on, correct? so somewhere along the way, that wire is being grounded by something else, would be my guess. -
yes. any idea where that could be? The wire goes from the c101 to the cluster. any common places? I'm going to pull the cluster and look around, maybe toss a new board in.Comment
