    New Speedo Cable

While I was cleaning up the interior of my track car, which has been completely stripped out, I seem to have "lost" my speedo cable.

Don't know how that happened, I was trying to be careful about cutting cables that do important things, but that didn't seem to slow me down.

Anyway, it was just one wire that ran into the back of the gauge cluster and the speed sensor is easy enough to get to on the diff, so I was wondering if I could just tap into a wire coming out of the sensor and run it to the gauge.

Am I dreaming, or might this actually work?

Find the wire that you cut and splice the connector back in. Plug that into the cluster and all will be well.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
