    need help probable electrical problem

    my 1987 325 tach temp gauge and the clock(i think its called the obc)... the tach and temp gauge stoped working before but it was a fuse i replaced it and it was fine.... but this time the obc stop working and also the tach and tem gauge does not work i got a new cluster and i have the same problem... all fuses are good... what could it be? thanks for the help guys

    check your grounds, and test if you have 12v coming up the the cluster

      what cable should have 12v? also today the inspection light started flashing ...also the green lights under it they flashed all the way home... the weird thing is that this lights never worked before....

        was it like a steady flash or like intermitten off and on? of its not steady it does sound like some bad conections i would pull the cluster clean and sand down the conectors and spray electrical grease all over then do the same for the grounds. Im not sure what wires would have power to them, i've yet to pull the cluster on mine even though i have to becasue the odomitter doesn't work but im not sure if its all electric or if it has some cable drivin parts.
