Battery terminals tight and clean? Good battery? CPS sensor OHM correct? Main relay in good condition?

      Question ?

When I leave my 91' Ix outside in the rain overnight , Twice I've gotten a no start in the AM . Strong spark, fuel pressure at regulator but can not hear the injectors firing. QUESTION ,Does the main relay give power to the computer as well as the injection relay. Any other direction to look ?? Thanks , Joe

Are you referring to the DME relay next to the fuel pump relay?

          relay, DME

Yes That's the relay I'm asking about . Question, does the DME relay go intermitantly bad causing a wet starting problem ? Thanks , Joe

main relay can go intermittently bad. yes.

try tapping it and then starting the car.

              wet no start

I've only had the no start when my car was left outside in the rain overnight. I did bring the main relay into the house to warmup/dryout and it made not diff. Warmed up outside/dryed out and alls ok. I've ordered both relay ,new is better but I'm not sure or convinced, will have to wait for the rain. Anyones thoughts on this ?? Thanks , Joe
