    haing problems with door locks please help

    just purchased a 90 325i drivers door opens with keys but the passenger door wont open with the key and you cant open the passenger side door from the inside unless you go to the trunk and unlock it and then the passenger door unlocks need some help

    Pretty common issue on E30s, I've never fixed it, just always unlocked from the trunk, but I believe it's just the actuator that needs replacing in the door.
    1990 S50 goodness.

      replace the drivers side actuator, btw its a pain in tha ass

        what's so hard about it? door panel off, 2 bolts holding it on, reach into door panel unclip the plug and tilt the actuator to slip it off the loop. Reverse procedure.

        I just changed both of mine because I wasn't sure which one was the culprit. So both are sync now from both sides.

          try spraying lithium grease into the keyhole.
          AWD > RWD
