    I reach for a two-part epoxy for such jobs. Available at auto parts stores. Comes in a little two-part plunger/dispenser.

    Clean it. Scuff it. [plastic] Weld it.

      I like this stuff for plastic:



      It seems to almost melt the plastic you are bonding in order to get a good bond.

        Keep in mind there are at least 3 different flexibilities of the stuff. Flexible, semi-flexible and non-flexible. Make sure you get the correct one for the application.

        chamfer the crack (assuming its a crack) before applying the epoxy.

          I have this crazy stuff that is 2 parts. Its thick black or thin clear then you spray activator and it fizzles and pops then its instantly dry.
          I need your obd1 parts! Harness intake ecu etc.
