Ignition switch

Is it possible for the ignition switch to be suck on accessory because everything still works in my car with the key out.

It is possible but I would guess a relay might be the culprit!

Think a relay is stuck closed? Ok I mean everything works the the ckeck panel wipres stereo obc I have a small battery drain.

If the car's wiring is in stock condition, a stuck relay won't be the cause. In that case a bad ignition switch becomes the likely suspect. However, if the car has aftermarket electronics they may be improperly installed and then anything is possible.

It has a alarm? Also someone wired up the lights so you can run lows with the highs? Its possable has a few electrical problems from the previous owner. I gotta figure out why the rear windows dont seem to be getting power.

OK now its not cranking all the time? I have to wiggle the key changed relays didnt fix it.

I think im just going to have to get a switch?


I traced all the wires deleted the alarm and well I dont see anything wrong with it I can start the car with a remote starter no problems . so it has to be the switch.
