I was looking at the IE sway bars and noticed that they are even thicker than the Suspension Techniques. However,. they are hollow, and I am unsure if the Suspension Techniques are hollow. Does anyone have experience with the IE setup which includes reinforcements for both the front and rear swaybars?

Okay, here we go. Someone posted pics a while back on S14.net showing different bars and if I remember correctly the ST bars are hollow as well. Anyway, the IE bars are 25/22mm which makes them considerably larger than ST's 22/19mm. The front bar is three way adjustable and the rear is slider adjustable. Reinforcements are a must for these bars and in my opinion they're too much bar for the car. They are not cheap either. I would stick with the ST's at $240 or so, they lack the adjustability of other kits but the price can't be beat. If you really want to tune your suspension then consider bars with more adjustability."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj
