SO I've been going and forth to this project forever it seems now and I can't seem to get anything to work I know every year was practically a different setup but even the 87 write up aren't working for me

All I want is to have independent fog lights
Through some of the combo's I've tried I've gotten the fog lights to work with the high beams but that's not what I want...I tried taking a picture of my fuse box and typing in which fuse is which but i don't think you can see it so i'll explain
the silver (I think k3) with the purple stripe is the high beam relay
the blue behind it ( i think k4) is the low beam relay
the silver across from the blue is the fog light relay
