I've tried my impact wrench, PB blaster, and a 30MM impact to 1/2in breaker bar with a total of about 2-3 feet of cheater pipe and its still not coming off, when I tried to put force on the breaker bar the socket leans a bit and flies off the nut, I don't want to round this nut off, however I do have an extra nut just incase I need to get it off somehow. Any other idea's how to get this thing off or keep the socket steady on the nut?

How to break axle nut loose?

If you mean the lock plates for the axle nut I just squeezed a flathead screwdriver between the hub and lock plate and hammered it around the perimeter of it until it was bent enough that it would move, then pry it out with the screwdriver. The circlips that hold the bearing in are supposed to be taken out with a pair of circlip pliers...
New issue, I cant get the axle out of the hub, I rented a slide hammer from advance but it doesn't seem to work correctly or i'm missing some pieces, anyway to do this without a slide hammer?

Yea the best way to remove or install the flange bolts is to have the car in neutral without the ebrake on, and use an impact gun (with an extension so the gun is outside the wheel well) on the top bolt, rotating the disc so the next bolt is to 12 oclock. I put a little grease on the socket so it doesn't damage the boot. And it really helps to have locking extensions.
The air hammer is so you can hold onto the axle as you drive it out.Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|

Yea you want to use a socket and an extension. Hit the back of the extension. I don't remember what size I used. Once you get it cracked free it bangs out fairly easy. I wrote the size I used in my bearing tool kit for future use.
If it doesn't work and you use a air hammer, be very careful not to peen over the hub (so use a backer plate or something)Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|
