Can someone look up 325e Reference sensor(s) specs for me?

I have an 85 325e, and occasionally (once a month) it won't start, also it idles rough, but has no power problems.
For some reason when I wiggle the reference sensor wires around, it will fire right up.
There is no visable damage to any of the wiring, and they were both replaced about 6,000 miles ago.

I went to check resistance according to my haynes (I know I need a bentley) and they tested bad, both of them. The manual says resistance between terminals 1 and 2 should be between 860 and 1060 ohms, and 100k ohms between terminals 3 and 1, or 3 and 2.

I am getting 1090 ohms between 1 and 2, and the resistance between the others is out of limits. No continuity.

It seems weird that the car still runs, and drives fine without power problems, don't you think? Would these bad sensors cause my symptoms?
Can anyone take a look in their manual and confirm the specs I have listed above?
    Thanks

Between 1 and 2 it should be 960 ohm +/- 96 ohms so yes the figures you listed were close but the one listed at 1090 ohms is out of limit.

          Right, that's what I thought.
Is it best to test these with an analog or digital multimeter?
          I'm using a fluke 88 auto dvom.

Is it possible for these to be out of spec while still allowing the car to run?

The meter you are using is a good meter. I don't know how accurate it is but, the car can still run with the sensor being askew but it's going to get progressively worse. Or just fail, when who knows.

It says the Euro Parts Source under your name, do you sell parts or have a website or something? Can you get these sensors?

I sell used hard to find euro parts. I live and work in a variety of places around the globe. But live in Germany and Massachusetts.
