No start - Other issues too

So I just replaced my Cylinder Head and HG and finally put everything back together...

Went to start it up and...nothing, not even a turn over or "click"

Battery is fully charged, starter is brand new (ran before Head work)

    Other issues -
    - Interior Fan does not work now with key in ACC
    - Lights do not come on with lever pulled

I hear my fuel pump humming but I am not getting spark

Where do I start and what are my possibilities? Also, limited access to testers and whatnot

    Thanks

Thinking ECU/DME, crank position sensor...am I missing anything else?

Check voltage, might be too low to run the starter solenoid? You said the lights won't come on.

The parking lights come on but not main headlights.

Had jumper cables hooked up, no dice

also, is the buzzing coming from the thermostat area caused by my fuel rail being charged?

Note: This is with the key on

I'll check in the engine compartment today...anywhere in particular other than the ground from alternator to engine and the ground that is located by the alternator that attachs to the body?
