I am getting a ton of water on my drivers side floor. I am wondering if the rocker panel drain holes are plugged up. Of course being an idiot I can;t seem to findt hem. Does anyone have a picture of the location?

there is one drain hole on the passenger side of the fire wall on all e30s. there is a plastic vertical down spout exiting the firewall. if that is plugged water will back up into the hvac and work it's way back into either the passenger or drivers side floor. remove the plastic vent below the windshield. and remove the plastic spout and clear out the debris.
lift up all the carpeting in the footwell area. Have someone use a hose and spray a lot of water in the cowl and also in the wheel well, and even firewall area (while avoiding soaking circuits and connectors). While the person is applying water, carefully inspect all around the HVAC and pedal area with a good light. That should show where it leaks from.
