    Aux fan resistor value?

Can anyone tell me the value of the aux fan resistor. I think the one on my new one is bad but don't know what it should be. I looked in my Bentley & don't see ant data on this. Mine started at 2.72 ohms, jumped between 2.90 & 2.80 for a few seconds & then went to 3.2-3.7 and stayed at 3.7.

    Thanks

Should be fine. The resistor is bad when there is no resistance at all. The resistor is just there to drop the speed of the fan to a low setting.

Great thanks. Now I need to figure out why the fan runs connected directly but not through the resistor. Weird.
