What's the difference between Miller PSIK and the KA Motors intake? Still kind-of on the fence about the upgrade.

im not just backing his kit up but its true. i got it and I have a tube set up that tucks right behind the headlights. I drilled holes in my grill between the low beam and the high beam to let more cool air hit the tube. When it was still august and warm. I would pop my hood once i got home and my intake manifold was never warm to the touch.

It used to be with the stock box but not with the enclosed filter and tube accessing cooler air.
I love how ppl are so caught up with their own opinions they dont even consider other ppl, even when asked. If the thread is "looking for a new intake" why come in here telling him its a waste of money. everyone wastes their money at times. if the guy wants an intake let him get one.

i suggest the KA intake. i like it and it works. i cant wait to hook up a miller maf to it!

im kinda 'ing at this question. im not sure if it was a joke but theres about a $550 difference.
and when it comes to my thoughts about the Miller PSIK. i think youre always better off with buying the maf and war chip combination from Miller. PERIOD. its only $15 more!!
and right out the box the same HP gains. except u can add injectors and a cam and get MORE POWER for just the cost of the bolt ons.

but thats my .02 cents on the psik/miller maf. in case u ever decide to go that direction. oh and btw. u should ask the ppl who say PSIK if they actually own it. i find a lot of ppl will suggest u spend more money, but havnt yet themselves.lolz

Well for now the plan was to get the Intake first. I can always hold off on the other kit till I have more money.

Noted here, "sounds good, looks good". Intake kit or not all depends on what you're looking for. If you want performance spend your money on something else. If you want "sounds good, looks good" then buy an intake. It's your car, do what you want. But don't expect noticeable HP gains from an intake unless you already have exhaust/chip/cam.

Got mine in the other day. Now both of my cars have it. I really love the way it sounds after 4k rpm.
