The words practical and Mercedes can't co-exist in the same universe without causing some majorly freaky shit to happen.

hey guys, can u take the fight else where? thanks

UPDATE: Getting the APexi SAFC2 really soon. Turns out you cannot use the E36 TPS. You have to use the E34 AUTO TPS for the Apexi. Also exhaust gonna be done real soon, i just want to get the car emissions test passed (gas cap failed) so I can register the car and then really go nuts on the car. Once i do that I will drop the car off at the exhaust shop and redo the whole exhaust system. after I do that.... DYNO TIME, the onto the Intake manifold project.... :D

How does this fit under the "50 dollar" theme?

You're just jealous of my sub-50 dollar mod.

                            Intake Update

Hey guys, finally installed my cold ram air intake today. I used the ractive style CF heatshield intake with K&N style air filter. I used the plastic velocity stack style AFM reducer. The ram air duct was then run to the front high beam opening after I took out the high beam lens. I used a 3-4" rubber reducer found at any Lowes hardware store for a few bucks. You can actually see the filter from the opening and the outside air goes directly to the filter/AFM assembly. All said and done im very happy with the finish results. The only think left is to find a black funnel to customize the headlight opening so that all the air enters the air duct for added effect. Anyways, here are the pics.

its air duct tubing u can find at any autozone, ya its not the best flowing stuff but it really is irrelevant b/c filter will smoothen out the airflow anyways. Plus the only way to make it fit is with flexible tubing so there really isn't much of a choice,
