I have noticed oil in my throttle bodie and I am thinking about using a catch can anyone have any reccomendations in general. Anyone else have one?

some oil in your throttle body is normal. if there is a lot (and it's soaking your filter or something) then you have a problem that a catch can will only mask. -
Yeah I was thinking about troubleshooting blow by on my car, but everyone else said that its normal on cars that have over 200k miles.Comment

i can't recal whether or not the 2.5l's have the intake vent or not, but if it does then check the rubber seal arround the top of the valve cover. mine was leaking on the 1.8l and i replaced just cleaned the rubber cap for the vent, and put a thin bead of scilicon or "the right stuff" along then tightend it back up. havn't found any oil in the tbody since then.Comment
