Steering Rack/Suspension??

Last week my car started making a noise..sounds like a metal bar clunking against something.. First thought it was the exhaust hitting the back of the car, adjusted the exhaust.. still noise. Ive been able to narrow it down to the front end maybe suspension?..anytime there is any imperfection, bump/crack/speed bump on the road i hear the rattle,

-car doesn't pull,
-steering wheel doesn't shimmy.
-Smooth/level/straight there is no noise..
-Sometimes when im in a big turn the steering seems to lock up and then pop over almost like a air pocket,

-'93 with all original bushings
-Ibach lowering springs, installed prob 15 years ago
-Bilstien Sport Shocks, 2 years old,

Got under the car tonight, and saw this, oil all around this area, above, below, front/back of this area.. guessing one of these lines is leaking, or the rack itself is??

cleaned off all the oil...drove it hoping to have a leaking PS line.. nothing.. think the problem might all the bushings up front

I am thinking rear main or front trans...

Discovered that the front right bilstien is bad.. but now i do need to find out where the oil is coming from
