Central locking & all cylinders work, but driver's lock pin doesn't fully unlock

This randomly started to happen the other day. My locks are in good shape, the passenger is great and the driver's door is functional though a bit stiff.

I normally use the trunk, but now when unlocking centrally, the driver's door seems to partially unlock and if I try to open it, everything locks. I have to either open the rear door and pull up the lock, or use the key in the driver's cylinder (which is iffy) and open the door simultaneously while unlocking.

What do I need to address in my driver's door to fix this?

trying zapping the mechanism with a little lube first. then see if symptoms persist.
    then check actuator.

Just buy a rebuild kit for your lock cylinder from a dealer, its like $20 and writeups can be found online to get it installed. While you're in there inspect the actuator for free movement and look at alignment of everything. Lots of stuff is mounted in slotted holes for alignment and if they moved it might start binding. Using the trunk lock is a half assed solution to an easily remedied problem.
