Turn Signal Flasher Buzzing

My left hand signals are fine. The right side was doing an occasional rapid flash which usually means a bulb, but all bulbs are good. Now when I put the right side signal on, the flasher buzzes and if I leave it for about 10 seconds it will blow the 15a signal fuse.

I removed the switch, cleaned the contacts, swapped out the flasher with a known good flasher, ran a continuity test and the switch is working as it should. I cleaned the ground connections under the dash and under the back seat, again with no change.

Im convinced there is a short somewhere so if anyone has run across the same issue, where are the usual suspects ?

check your harness out to the lights you probably do have a short, hook up an ammeter and start wiggling wires
